The Junior Math Wizard is math problem-solving competition, open to all students in grades K – 5. The goal of the fun-filled contest is to encourage students' interest in math, to develop their problem-solving and critical thinking, to build persistence and confidence and to inspire them to excel in math.
During the contest, students are given 100 minutes to solve 40 problems. Many problems are designed to challenge students and to enrich their problem-solving experiences. This event is for students in grades K-5.
Young Explorers promotes summer camps to introduce Science, Technology, Engineering and Math in fun and interactive ways.
Explore our 5th annual STEM summer camp in partnership with Radiance Learning! There will be healthy balance between learning and having fun! In this day camp, kids will have an opportunity to try writing their first program or build their dream robot. They can also create memorable art / crafts or write their first story. We will have different activities on each day!
